Diet fail


I didn’t even eat that much this weekend and I am back to 12’2. It’s too hot to eat in any case. DULL. This is just irritating. I’m struggling to force myself to exercise much beyond my usual cycles to and from work and am averaging twice a week at the gym. Which ain’t too bad really…

Diet Update


I’ve lost 5lbs which is a nice big woooooooo. I’m really really pleased with myself cos I have been STARVING. My stomach also hurts quite a lot now but I’m going to ignore it until tomorrow if it continues to make itself known then.

Aussie food report


So far so good! Wow in fact. Things just taste fresher and nicer really. Even junkfood tastes better. I am loving it. I have also been walking miles to burn off it all which appears to be working as all my shorts are just a little bit looser. Yippee Australians really know how to do jacket potatoes.…

My love of the humble cuppasoup


I’ve never really been into savoury snack, always much preferring a bar of chocolate or some cake but, man, since I have trialed a box of Ainsley Harriott Wonderfully Wild Mushroom soup I may be addicted! They are delicious. Thick, creamy and tasty without the nasty atificial aftertaste you may expect from the older ones.
