I can’t believe that I’ve been going for 9 days, that’s pretty amazing for me. I even have to admit that I think I will stick to certain parts of the program – the smoothies in the morning make me feel really healthy, I quite like the soups every evening and don’t mind doing them perhaps every 2nd day and I think that eating less bread & milk definitely works for me and I’ve found some tasty alternatives – millet risotto was lovely, rice noodles are lovely too as is quinoa. So really, I just need to make a bit more of an effort to eat exciting things.
Lunch is some rocket & avocado salad followed by some rice noodle with poached basa fillets, spinach in a broth. Didn’t realise that rice noodles were not exactly on plan so a bit of fail there.
Dinner was red rice and some turkey chilli with a tomato and avocado salsa. Unphotographed as we have guests!
