I wasn’t going to weigh myself during this 3 week detox but given that I wasn’t even sure that I was going to continue on with it for over a week, I thought that I might as well. Good news is that I’ve lost 3.5lbs. Or just less than 2kgs. Which is excellent news.
And as you can see, I’ve decided to give the program another week with a few scheduled cheats. I will continue with the non-drinking theme tho. Even tho I really really fancy wine.
- Dinner with Mishka – whenever she’s here. I’m not entirely sure when that will be – possibly tomorrow.
- Victorian brunch at the Star & Dove – if we get a table then I will eat normally but given the food is so tasty, it’s so worth it.
- Potentially drinks with Phil on saturday night. I’m not really sure I fancy it tho so will have to see.
So, Monday’s food is as follows ….
Best shake yet I think – almond milk, almond butter, blackberries, chia seeds! Deliciously fruity and kept me full from 8:30 to midday.
Lunch was this again
and dinner will be a watermelon and avocado gazpacho which I am really looking forwards to. Obviously it would be better topped with some crumbled feta and some tomatoes but I can’t have everything.
and then I broke slightly and had a square of Lindt dark chocolate with salt.
