Dinner Club with Liz – pork, arancini and banana eton mess


Liz treated us to a delicious Dinner club last week with some beautifully cooked Arancini.

Followed by a main course of roast pork belly. Man, I love pork belly and this was totally delicious.

And then a total whopper of a dessert with 2 different sauces – salted caramel and dark chocolate which contrasted beautifully with the rich cream and sweet bananas.
