Fasting lunch

I am fasting today so I will be eating the following :-

Apple for breakfast 45 cals
Miso soup 30 cals
Baxters Chicken broth soup for lunch 126 cals
hard boiled egg 78cals
Miso soup 30 cals
lean ham 50g – 50cals
Baked cod 150g – 150 cals
pak choi – 13 cals
brocolli – 60 cals

Total 570 cals.

Must say, my Baxters Chicken Broth soup is quite quite delicious and I may start eating more of it!
