Training Update

I have been doing loads of training lately and generally being very much more active. I have also been watching my diet quite a lot and I think I’m slowly getting to a stage where things are levelling out and I’m finding a diet that I can actually manage. It’s pretty amazing that I say that after the abject fail of Tesco’s not delivering last night and having no food in the house, which led to a sausage sandwich this morning. On the plus side, it was utterly grim and I threw half of it away. I was pretty hungry all morning!

Firstly, I have had a new body fat analysis done by the amazing Justin and I am so happy! 24% is my new low. Down from 29%.As Simon pointed out the other day, you can now see the muscles I built up, they’re not covered by fat any more. It’s a nice feeling.

I’m down 5cms around my waist which is a great feeling. Still not totally there, my goal is to get down by another 6cms to 80cms. I have a red dress that I am determined to wear!

Secondly, I have started a new Challenge on the Nerd Fitness Forums. It’s a 6 week blast and I will be tracking progress over there pretty much every day and doing a weekly update here that way you can follow me if you want, but I won’t be boring everyone reading this blog with geeky training stuff.
