Weight training update – some new high figures


I’m really enjoying my weight training at the moment. I’m beginning to see some massive gains in my strength – especially around my legs. And for those of you who dread the idea of women with muscles – I’m actually slimmer in my legs than I have been for the last 5 years.

Squats – 55kgs
Leg Press – 101kgs
Cleans – 40kgs
Bent over Rows – 40kgs
Lat Pulldowns – 45kgs.

Luckily I have begged Justin to stop with the Russian Stand-ups. They are definitely my most hated exercise ever, please do give them a try and let know know how you find them!
