Usually made with lamb mince, this is a savoury curried dish with a topping quite like moussaka. Luckily it has none of those horrible aubergine things in it, just a plateful of deliciousness.
Simon made a beef one a few nights ago and cheated slightly by using a packet mix I forced on him after a visit to the South African shop.
