Raclette is a French mountain cheese. It’s heated at the table and you scrape the melted cheese off the plate at the bottom and pour it over boiled potatoes and eat it with charcuterie meats, pickled gerkins/onions and salad. It’s so so delicious.

haha, in my book a block of cheese in front of a mini radiator isn’t worth 25 euros! 😉
I know, it’s so expensive! Luckily we didn’t pay that much but yeah.
