Some lovely yummy low carb ideas


A nice snacking plate for us – chorizo, salami, cured ham, calamari, brie, sundried tomatoes, chargrilled artichokes and olives. All easily available from Sainsbury or Waitrose. We followed this up by meatballs stuffed with mozzarella, then baked in tomatoes & mushrooms and topped with more mozzarella accompanied by cauliflower cheese.
