Does everyone recognise it? I believe it has a certain amount of infamy around the world. I can safely say that I have eaten three in one week once and am firmly of the opinion that it has some kind of secret and addictive ingredient in it.
Yes, it is the infamous Chicken Katsu curry. And I loves it and now I have discovered the secret to making it at home. It’s called S&B Golden Curry Sauce and it comes in a little box from the chinese supermarket, and you melt it down with a little water and add some cornflour if it needs thickening. It tastes almost identical to the original from Wagamama’s and I am very pleased with it. I’m pretty sure that it’s not even the slightest bit authentic but it sure is good.
