So I used a whole block in this roast veggies and halloumi bake. HA! Beat that!
Proper fridge bottom food. We’re moving saturday and attempting to use up what’s left. So it was, cubed butternut, red and yellow peppers, shallots, cherry tomatoes and then the aforementioned block of cubed halloumi. Plus a huge bit of elephant garlic. And some sugar snap peas boiled and over the top for colour. I also added a load of crushed chillies and salt & black pepper. Yum.
