I don’t usually subscribe to roast dinners, I’m not obsessed with gravy on everything and I don’t understand why you would eat meat and roast potatoes and vegetables every sunday. I’m not even that keen on roast potatoes or mash or whatever. I do adore yorkshire puds but the low carb diet is against yorkshires unless I am exercising and given that I spent from about 10:30 am to about 9pm working, that didn’t happen. I did however manage to season a rolled pork belly and put it in the oven. Yum.
I also managed to eat half a plate of tenderstem brocolli with no ill effects. That I know of.
