Red Velvet Cupcakes take 2


IMG_0096These were a little disappointing the first time I made them but today I used the same recipe but was a lot more careful in making them. I also used the electric whisk that Simon bought a few weeks ago and that really helped. The extensive beating made these ones deliciously light and fluffy. They’re not a strong overpowering flavour but they are a distinctive flavour. The red colour is quite amazing.
