Lovely dinner. A ‘crispy’ chicken with pak choi and green pepper stirfry. Mmmm. Coat chicken strips in seasoned cornflour. Oil in pan along with some minced garlic and chilli. Fry each side. Remove from pan, add pakchoi and pepper and fry a little, add soysauce, juice of half a lemon and some desicated coconut.
