Monday morning – run
Monday evening – weights at home
Tuesday morning – run
Tuesday evening – swim
Wednesday morning – gym
Wednesday evening – walk home from Liz’s (45 mins)
Thursday morning – cycle to work / run depending on rain
Thursday evening – FAIL. I went to bed at 9:30pm.
Friday morning – gym – rand 25 mins (3kms) and then 5 mins on rowing machine
Saturday morning – swim 8am
Saturday evening – cycle to Bath & back
Sunday morning -gym
Sunday evening – walk
