This is really very tasty indeed. Chillis, prawns, lime juice, sesame seeds, fish sauce, everything all combines to a lovely light and healthy-tasting soup.
And I love pakchoi. It’s possibly one of my most favourite veggies I think. Pakchoi, shitake mushrooms, spring onions aall combined nicely too.
I would make that again. Might be nice with some shredded chicken and would deffo be good with some chopped peanuts.
