Roast chicken and couscous

Chicken and veg couscous dinner Mmmmmmmmmmmmmmm. Absolutely delicious.

Roast a chicken. Pull about half of it apart. Prepare some couscous by adding 1 stock cube, about a teaspoon of lemon juice and leave to stand covered for 5 minutes. In the mean time, toast some pine nuts, fry some peppers and boil the frozen sweetcorn & soya beans. Add everything to the cous cous and then add the shredded chicken and all the juices that the chicken was cooked into the cous cous and nom it into your face as quickly as possible. Mmmmmmmmmm
