Roast chicken tagiatelle


Home made basil pasta from Simon’s fair hands plus roast chicken, toasted pinenuts, plump raisins and lots of rosemary and parsley = a very delicious dinner.

Much better than a roast dinner. I’ve never been that fond of roast dinners but roast chicken is amazing. And it’s even better like this
