Not what I made but what Simon made. Delicious lamb kebabs with some fruity couscous (see next post on the couscous invasion). Gotta say, adding lemon wedges to the kebabs themselves kept the meat exceptionally tender and really really tasty!
Topped off by a delicious chocolate & orange mousse, with orange marscapone and toasted almonds. Mmmm. So rich we had to share it.
