Breakfast waffles


I really do love my waffle iron. It really was a superb present from my mother. In an experimental mode the other morning, we made cheese waffles with some fried mushrooms, salami and bacon. Plus ketchup. Well, Simon added about 2/3rds of a bottle of HP sauce but I couldn’t take a picture of it…


Not what I made but what Simon made. Delicious lamb kebabs with some fruity couscous (see next post on the couscous invasion). Gotta say, adding lemon wedges to the kebabs themselves kept the meat exceptionally tender and really really tasty!
