Food shopping to do. Ran out of cereal this morning. Very hungry now.

Went to the gym last night for the first time and am quite pleased that I don’t hurt more than I thought I would. I an slightly achey but really not too bad at all. I have reviewed my fitness book and written down a really good program to start and I shall do the first session on thursday and then start properly next week.
