The £5 a week challenge

£1 a day for lunches/food at work.

I am going to do this next week. I need to decide now tho as we shall be away all weekend. The guys at work have gone down the big bag of pasta & tomato sauce routine but that is quite boring to eat every day. I reckon soup might be the answer.

So I think I shall try to make some tomato soup, and I reckon perhaps some butternut & lentil soup.

And if I try and stick to £5 for breakfasts as well – so I think I might make some cheese & tomato muffins and some kind of fruity muffin. I saw a nice recipe for apple ones so will try that too.

Dinners I shall have to think about.
