I am determined to get my 5 a day every day for the next week/month.
Yesterday started badly with egg muffins but then we managed to squeeze in 5 portions in our dinner plus bananas in pudding
So we have, soya beans, sweetcorn. asparagus, carrots and parsnips. Alongside roast pork and potato dauphinoise. I forgot apple sauce and was gutted.
Today’s efforts are not doing so well, I have only had one portion – soya beans – in lunch so will try harder.
