Look! Little lime cheesecakes!

Well, not that little really. And presentation skills and finishing touches are all Si’s. Surprisingly healthy cheesecakes too as they are made with ricotta rather than cream cheese. Biscuits & butter together to form the bases and then ricotta, lime juice and castor sugar for the cheese cakes and then candied lime peel on top.

Now I realise that my favourite saying is ‘Life is short, eat dessert first’ but we did have a proper main course first and indeed some stuffed mushrooms to start.

Pork in cider cream sauce, honey glazed carrots, green beans and pesto mash.
