Biscuits & butter together to form the bases and then ricotta, lime juice and castor sugar for the cheese cakes and then candied lime peel on top.
Now I realise that my favourite saying is ‘Life is short, eat dessert first’ but we did have a proper main course first and indeed some stuffed mushrooms to start.
