I did make one of the best cauliflower cheese’s I’ve ever made the other day. I forgot the nutmeg but it was fine without it. There was a substantial amount of sauce which I was going to save but decided to load it in.
I had it with grilled trout fillets and sauted mushrooms, it was all just perfect together and I will definitely make it again.
Dinner tonight which was a fridge-end mess up. Pastry, tomatoes, asparagu, cheese. Too much tomato and it was all a bit rich.
