I’m making cauliflower cheese tonight. I have all the ingredients, I remember how to make a roux and thereby cheese sauce and I even have nutmeg. Unprecedented levels of organisation (sheer fluke). Roast or steam the cauli? Decisions. Yes, proper healthy dinner I shall have –
grilled trout fillet, cauli-cheese and grilled mushrooms. Ooooh and there are some roasted artichokes and olives floating around the fridge. I might manage to get my 9 a day in one meal. Might make a fritatta for breakfast too. Mushroom, smoked cheese & asparagus.
Wednesday I shall use up the JusRol and make a feuilliette of some kind. Tomato, goatscheese & asparagus maybe.
